MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

The Princess Odette and Prince Derek prepare a great festival, which will take place various attractions, competitions and tasting of the most delicious dishes, all with the occasion of the commemoration of the Feast of the Kingdom of the Lake. But their plans are at risk as both have aroused the envy of the tragic forest witch Zelda, who, blinded by his rage, locks Odette in an unassailable fireball, and Derek makes him fall into a dangerous trap. The friendly crew consists Fast Turtle, Frog Jean Bob the Puffin bird and Whizzer are the only hope to free the princes and restore peace to the Kingdom of the Lake.
