MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1939 film?

Vernon Castle, who earns a living as second-rate comic actor, known on a beach to Irene, who sees in him immense skills as a dancer. They fall in love and marry little later. Vernon convinces Irene to form together a dance partner. A misunderstanding leads them to Paris, where he only really wanted him to play a grotesque vaudeville comedy routine. Luck, however, smiles immediately: an entrepreneur has its eye on them and makes his debut at the Café de Paris. Vernon and Irene triumph in style in the fashion world. But Vernon war erupts and feel the need to enlist.
