MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

A paid X mafia films produced by gangsters. These films are, for example, static smiling naked girls or maidens lashes of a Mexican getting naked with huge mustache and a sinister smile. The law enforcement try to end this pornography network because perverted youth: a young psychokiller chases girls in the parks for the rape and mutilate thereby.
