MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1915 film?

Episode 1: "The missing Torpedo" Craig Kennedy's marvelous invention, a super-force torpedo to revolutionize warfare, is stolen. Kennedy himself has disappeared, although Elaine has a note from him begging the girl never to grieve whatever takes place, for he could be safe. Then, one night, on a barren strip of land jutting away in to the Atlantic, a fisherman, concealed behind a rock, views the periscope of a submarine rise; sees a person's mind and arms increase apparently out from the ocean, and views a pair of athletic hands strike away bravely for the coast. That evening, at a hotel in ny, a distinguished-looking foreigner, much resembling the person whom appeared to arise from the sea, is shadowed by a fussy old gentleman resembling the fisherman of this coast scenes. The foreigner fades together with fussy old gentleman would go to their room, in which, after a short, sharp struggle with a valet, he searches through all drawers and papers. One paper he pockets with glee, and departs. Elaine and Jameson are...
