MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

A group of Navy Seals are delivered to destroy a disabled submarine therefore it won't fall into the "wrong" fingers. They complete their objective, but are captured before they can return to their base. The U.S. Government won't install a rescue objective to free the soldiers, so their teenage young ones take control. The children discover a way to endeavor in to the international country then must over come many obstacles.
