MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

A Chinese who has been hired murderer, repented of his past, refuses to work for a scumbag who asks to end the life of a detective. Consequently, the gangster threatens to end the life of his family living in Beijing. To prevent this, and with the help of a young, undertake a race to try to save their loved ones.
