MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

The life of Igor, a Belgian teenager is placid. Devoid of any ethical and works by helping his father, Roger, a despot who uses illegal immigrants to their business building. When an inspector comes suddenly in the play, one of the employees suffered a terrible mishap and, before dying, Igor starts to promise that protect his wife and son.
