MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

The Reverend Henry Biggs kind realizes that her marriage to Julia is at risk because they spend too much time to resolve the issues of his parishioners. As if this were not enough, his church is threatened by a developer. Desperate, pray to God to help, and the answer is an angel named Dudley, who will bring, at first, more complications than answers.
