MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

Following his plane is shot down during the Battle of Britain, the German pilot Franz von Werra is sent to a prison camp. From the first moment his only goal will be the leak. Following several failed attempts, is sent to a new camp in Canada. On this occasion, managed to escape and later cross the border, came to the United States, where it asks for political asylum because it still is a neutral country. A remake called The One That Got Away (1996) was made based on this movie.
