MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1939 film?

The band McCord steals the take diligence to pay the Indians for the purchase of their land, but the outlaw Jim Kincaid, aka " the guy from Oklahoma," in turn steals money McCord. Later, McCord takes control of the gambling halls in the new location. When Kincaid's father decides to run the election for mayor of the new town. McCord incites crowd to lynch him, because he knows that if he wins his business would collapse.
