MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

After the death of his mother, a young American travels to Ireland and also comes in with his uncle, who is also the only family he has left. The amazing thing is that the guy is black, his uncle knew that his sister, who had emigrated to America twenty years earlier, he had married in Harlem with a black man. Double debut: that of Pierce Brosnan in the production and Eugene Brady in direction.
