MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1940 film?

A scientist looking for a cure for cancer with a series of experiments that consist of freezing and thawing human beings. One of his patients is a wealthy man, whose nephew demands to know about your health, because if he dies, will be the beneficiary of a generous inheritance. The sheriff suspects Karloff has killed the old man to keep the money and along with a doctor and a district attorney, march Karloff's mansion. Here things get complicated and frozen ends Karloff, along with these four men, for a period of ,10 years! The arrival of a doctor and his teenage bride lets the awakening of these characters, and the plot thickens.
