MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Summer 1977 in Dublin, the year Elvis Presley died in the Irish capital and danced to the beat of Thin Lizzy. At 17, you think only girls, the main topic is sex and, to a lesser extent, a slight concern about whether going to college. While waiting for the end of term notes, the young Frankie, convinced that he has suspended, becomes obsessed with the girls and want to link to the most coveted in the city. His family, somewhat extravagantly, hinder their plans.
