MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

It chronicles the life of the Irish criminal Martin Cahill, who professed great resentment against all authority. He outdid himself when he and his gang stole paintings Russborough House. Cahill not only mocked the police, but also challenged the IRA, a group that killed him in the street on the eve of the 1994 ceasefire. This film is a remake of El maquinista de la general (1926), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
