MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Frank Bannister is a charlatan who has extraordinary psychic powers, but does not use them to do good, but to make money harassing their customers with the help of some ghosts who work at your service. The situation will change when the people begin to occur a series of unexplained deaths, headed by the specter of a mass murderer executed twenty years earlier.
