MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

Dr. Robert Knox anatomy teaches young students at the academy that bears his name. At the conclusion of their classes, the prestigious Knox receives a visit from his cousin, while hours later quoted late morning with Billy Burke and William Hare, a pair of sinister characters of the people who provide the veteran teacher fresh corpses for their practices. The modus operandi of Burke and Hare is always the same in the beginning: the old crime without financial resources committed near or inside the first, provided rooms for guests, who runs with his wife. But the victim profile changes when Hare tries to rape Mary Patterson, the wayward, alcoholic fiancée Christopher Jackson, one of the less bright students anatomy class addresses Knox whose classes.
