MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Matt Wader is a young broker who goes to New Orleans to close a deal with a millionaire. Then he is caught by the excesses and debauchery rare carnival or Mardi Gras in the city. The uncontrollable attraction to the seductive young wife of his client, he casts into a game of deception and desire that is difficult to leave.
