MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Off the coast of Hawaii, a modern, huge U.S. Navy aircraft carrier is involved in a giant freak storm that makes the ship disappear. After the storm, the captain and the rest of the crew discover that they have moved in time, specifically the December 7, 1941, the day that Japanese planes bombed Pearl Harbor base.
