MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1935 film?

Story set in the nineteenth century that marked the film debut of Henry Fonda, who had previously played the same role in the play on which the film is based. It tells the story of a farmer working in the channel and to earn money to buy a farm. There he meets the cook canal boat and falls for her, but she did not want to leave the boat traveling life of a farm routine. A remake called The Farmer Takes a Wife (1953) was made based on this movie.
