MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

Weymouth, England, early sixties. Joan, a young British woman, acts as bait for the band led by his brother King robe and a subordinate apalice American named Simon Wells. After being assaulted and left on the roadside, Simon receives help from Bernard and his friends. Returning to his boat anchored in the port of Weymouth, Wells reunited with Joan again, but this time his intentions appear to be quite diverse. In fact, Joan seeks escape from its control over her older brother and lends itself to embark with Simon in his small yacht. However, King and his band of "teddy boys" track them with their motorcycles along the coast. Finding himself surrounded, Simon and Joan skip a protective fence electrified and enter a kind of military facility. Both are quick to rush off a cliff, and then, the waves dragged their bodies to the shore. There they gather children who are confined to underground galleries connected to the center via circuit television military, whose usual partner is the mysterious Professor Bernard ..
