MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1954 film?

With the intention of becoming a lawyer, Tom Brewster, a student of law against the use of weapons, comes to Bluerock, a small town where he was just named the greatest Mayor Barney Turlock, saloon owner. To control the city at will, the mayor appoints sheriff to Tom, believing that being so young it will handle. But the truth is that the boy surprised by his pacifist ideas and more weapons for not wearing your tie. Tom will face a dangerous gunman sought in many states. Shortly meets Katie Brannigan, the most beautiful woman in the city, daughter of the former sheriff, who died under mysterious circumstances.
