MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

Billy Coy is the son of legendary racecar driver " Coy Cannonball ", which even killed in a serious accident during a competition. Billy is determined to be a great champion, like his father. However, there are many dangers to be overcome in the challenging automotive circuits, where the slightest slip can be fatal. In addition, the young driver will slowly discovering that his father led a double life rather sinister dyes.
