MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1959 film?

Numerous wrecks occur near the North Pole. Alarmed by the number of incidents, the U.S. Navy decides to send a nuclear submarine Tiger Shark - well -armed and a crew of scientists - to investigate and arrest the perpetrators. But the surprise is when the Tiger Shark encounters in the deep in a flying saucer. Now the submarine must duel to the death in the depths of the pole, and in this way prevent the aliens also may give notice to their race and start an alien invasion of Earth.
