MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

The American dealer Tom Ripley tries to test the integrity of Jonatham Zimmermann, a humble manufacturer of frames that are terminally ill. Ripley introduces a gangster who gives you a lot of money in exchange for working for him as a murderer for hire. Initially rejected the offer, but, thinking about the precarious future waiting for his wife and son after his death, just accepting the deal.
