MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

In a closed room, three men play poker. They are cops, and just hire a murderer hired to kill criminals to justice those who can not finish. Half German and half American veteran of the Vietnam War, Ricky is a rogue fled to the United States fleeing the German justice. Performs assignments murder coldly before meeting Franz Walsh, childhood companion with which evokes memories of past games.
