MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

3 OVAs. Mudou Setsuna is a 16 years. It has been madly in love with his own sister, Sara. One day he learns that he is the reincarnation of Alexiel, organic angel female who succumbed in the heavenly armagedon, making it plunged into turmoil. In the city are taking place strange death. Many students die in suspicious circumstances when they were hooked to the computer game, angel sanctuary. Setsuna will be helped by his friend Kira, who appears to have powers. Also appear in Kurai and Arachne scene. Kurai is a demon from hell who was rescued from death by Alexiel.
