MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Ikko, the six year old daughter of a yakuza boss witnesses the brutal murder of his parents and is only saved from the same fate with the help of a killer known as the Black Angel. Years later, after escaping to America, Ikko returns to Tokyo as a woman. Adopts the name of Black Angel and goes looking for revenge. This film is a prequel of Kuro no tenshi Vol. 2 (1999).
