MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

The remarkable criminal Kain has escaped from Police Headquarters Space, after having been captured by the combined efforts of the royal family of Jurai and Space Police. At about the same time, the home of Tenchi on Earth disappears, until Tenchi itself begins to fade ! Apparently, Kain travels back in time to, in short, alter things in their favor. Now Tenchi and the girls who also live with him must travel back to 1970 to save Tenchi's parents from destruction at the hands of Kain. This film is a prequel of Tenchi Muyô! In Love 2: Haruka naru omoi (1999).
