MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2016 film?

After supervillain Shredder escapes custody, he joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman and two dimwitted henchmen, Bebop and Rocksteady, to unleash a diabolical intend to take control the entire world. While the Turtles prepare to take on Shredder and their new team, they end up facing an even greater evil with comparable intentions: the notorious Krang.
