MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1976 film?

On a beach in Barcelona appears the body of a teenage man, his face eaten by fish and it also has tattooed on his arm the phrase: "I was born this way to revolutionize the hell". So begins a strange enigma. To start you have to find a name for this deceased, find out his identity.
