MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Casper is a friendly stray wandering spirit while addressing Ghost Central Station where the spectra rookies receive adequate training in order to frighten the living. The center's director, Kibosh, instructs his subordinate Snivel the task of finding the lost ghost. However, the search will not be easy, especially since the little Casper befriends humans, when it should terrify. This movie is part of the Casper trilogy (1954, 1995, 1997).
