MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Yo- Yo Girl Cop has main figure Aya Matsuura, who plays a young thief deported to Japan from New York, where he is coerced by the police so that in addition to infiltrate an institute and also solve the mystery surrounding an obscure website called ' Enola Gay ', apparently is responsible for a series of blasts in central Tokyo.
