MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

New York, 1995. Six people share building in a neighborhood of the city. Relations between the neighbors are not always easy and even less when it comes to such peculiar characters: Marta, a woman forced to have sex with fat daily home in exchange for a room, but unlike that in addition really in love with Frankie a current disastrous gangster, Lu Lu, a girl who wants to marry in this way get the work permit, Betty, the neurotic and self-centered psychotherapist, Graham, and Che decadent gay actor, a rich young man, radical and communist. With neighbors like these who has time to be bored ?
