MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The teenager Tom lost his parents and his home during the Nazi bombing of Rotterdam and is sent to his uncle's farm. An old peasant gives him the orphan a puppy german shepherd, and not even his grumpy uncle can escape an instant bond with the animal. As I feared his uncle, Tom faces grave risks in an effort to avenge the death of their parents in the nearby garrison of the German occupation, after finding an officer of the Royal Dutch Air Force.
