MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

The February 28, 1986, Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme was shot dead on a street in Stockholm, leaving the theater. His murder shocked the people of Sweden, known for being a quiet and peaceful society and although Olof Palme had many detractors, no one yet knows who might be the mentor of the crime, since even the smallest gun was found at the scene of the crime and reports of witnesses are confusing. The evidence makes the murder of Olof Palme unresolved. In the first 12 hours after the event there was no direct policing the nation was not notified and limits entry and departure were not closed, enabling this leakage alleged murderer. In fact this data before you wonder if really this confusion and ineffectiveness were accidental.
