MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Silas Marner is a weaver's great that even lives in the village of Raveloe, which has come after leaving a small Christian congregation in which he was wrongly accused of a theft committed by the one who had always been his best friend, who also betray , also steals the woman he was to marry the other hand however with not married because I had no money. In Raveloe, Silas meets villagers very open to outsiders, and also who decides voluntarily isolated, working from sunrise to sunset in your home and finding pleasure in contemplating only the money that allows you to accumulate work. Thus, the weaver spends several years become a real unknown to his neighbors, by which he shows no interest, emphasizing his taciturn character and occasionally suffering brief bouts of catalepsy, who have accompanied him since his youth intermittently.
