MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Chow is "God of Cookery " a prestigious title given to the best culinary chefs. With this title has fame, success and arrogance in equal measure. But Chow is not what it seems and all around you take advantage of your image to make money. One day is betrayed and humiliated in public and that will force you to start from scratch. This decides to be the "God of Cookery " by their own means, and endeavor to their goal.
