MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1971 film?

Twenty of the twenty- second movies based on the character of Zatoichi interpreted by Shintarô Katsu. Because indeed the son of the family unwittingly hinder a procession of offering to the shogunate, starting a brawl in which die dad and mum well baby. A Chinese armed fighter named Wang Kong is discovered with another family also Chinese. Zatoichi below is the baby. and stays with him momentarily until then leaves with Wang Kong. Zatoichi decides to help them escape, but then things do not go as they had planned.
