MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

A tragic accident sends teen Kasuga Kyosuke three years forward in time, where his own future does not exist and is presumably dead. It's a race against time to find the missing teenager 22 years Kyosuke and return the right moment in the past when he was 19. To complicate matters, Kyosuke stumbles Hikaru happy with newly coming to Japan, whose feelings for him have not changed. Now, above all, is discovered with the added task of remaining in memory of his beloved Madoka. Win out of love over all obstacles ?
