MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1972 film?

A murderer kills two women leaving as signs a silver crescent on their bodies. A teenager begins to investigate the murder and allies with the husband of one of the women. Police investigate unsuccessful while in addition the pair of men begin to follow clues that lead them to discover that the silver crescent corresponds to an American teenager which has lost track. The couple will get closer to the true personality of the murderer as he will continue killing, with increasing violence.
