MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Tuscany In the 70s, the small Mirco 10 years is a big movie buff, but then because of an unfortunate accident and becomes blind considered a law thus unable to access school public, so that by the way their parents are forced to send him to an institution. There, the child discovers an old open-reel recorder and discover that only the use of sounds you can create fairy tales. Although people in the Institute tries to dissuade him from his hobby, Mirco convincing others go blind children to discover their own talents.
