MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

The young engineer Peter and his best friend, the mountain guide Anderl, are passionate mountaineers. When Peter falls in love with Clarissa, the girlfriend of his student friend Marius, a fatal chain of dramatic events occurs: at Clarissa's insistence, Peter cancels a planned ascent of the dangerous north face of the Eiger with Anderl. Anderl then decides to conquer the mountain alone. When Peter learns of this, he follows his friend. During the ascent, a storm puts the two men in mortal danger. With a rescue team, Marius now also climbs the wall.
