MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1940 film?

The late Oliver has long worked in a factory speakers. Such work is costing health since suffering a strange excitement that becomes delirium every time it rings, with their ears, a trunk or something. The doctor visited to end his condition has recommended two things: a long journey to relax the nerves and drink goat milk to improve their status. By knowing the status of Oliver, his inseparable companion, Stan tells her that it is not necessary to make a great journey to enjoy the sea air and offers rent a small boat dock. Oli accepts and achieves a dumpy Stan boat for four quarters. Together the couple of friends, traveling a pleasant goat will provide milk to Oliver and an unexpected stowaway, a dangerous murderer that just leak out of jail.
