MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

" The passing of time " is the end of the hit series Rurouni Kenshin where recounts the final days of the samurai. The legend has its starting point after several years since Kenshin decided not to wield his sword over and decided not to fight. A Kenshin decided to take a trip to China and returns after a few years in Japan, where Kaoru waits anxiously and wistfully. But peace did not last long. Kaoru is kidnapped by someone looking to carry out a vendetta against him that was once the most feared battousai Japan. Following several years of bitterness and hatred, Enishi Tomoe's younger brother has returned to kill Kenshin and avenge the death of his sister. OVA 2 chapters 36 and 54 minutes respectively after narrating the TV series. This movie is part of the Rurôni Kenshin saga (1997, 1999, 2001, 2012).
