MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1952 film?

The singer Rosario Argentina Velázquez reaches Mexico. Years later has an affair with Roberto, a man married, even born a girl. Rosario went on tour and also on the trip lost her daughter by accident, amnesia caused him pain. Roberto tells him that he has the baby. yet on the other hand also has another two daughters and did not reveal which of the three is. Rosario live anxious to find out the truth.
