MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

The Condor was the system of repression coordinated by military dictators in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay in the seventies, to further contribute to the disappearance of opponents of the regime. Joseph, a retired Bolivian General, after suffering a heart attack, is tormented by memories of his past and decides, on his deathbed, telling his only son his biggest secrets in search of redemption.
