MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

When a wife and mother of a young baby is diagnosed with a terminal illness, decides to hide the truth and say that in addition has a lover who is leaving to, in short, always. While the pastor officiating the funeral, a couple presents, by chance. Just after, suffering a traffic accident died on the spot.
