MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Youth adaptation of Robin Hood story today. Robin now live in Seattle, going to school and also manages the computer ... After her parents also won a big prize in the lottery, the teenager Robin McAllister is sent to the prestigious Locksley Hall. There he experiences the children of the school's benefactors, John Prince and his associates Warner and Gibson, are treated like royalty. Robin can not join the archery club and gets into trouble when trying to learn on their own, because their parents are completely occupied with her new horse ranch.
