MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Jim Lassiter moves from city to city in search of man also took her sister to suicide. While traveling to a mountain, see an heiress, Jane Withersteen, who is being harassed by thugs and also in this way to help. A religious sect wants to marry Jane with their leader, Deacon Tull, so they can gain ownership of their land.
