MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Continuation of the famous story of " The Wizard of Oz " in which Dorothy, back in Kansas, she misses her adventures in Oz. Her aunt has a famous doctor who says miracles with electricity. Chance makes treatment out backwards, and Dorothy returns to Oz. They try to find their old friends in the town Esmeralda, however the evil Nome King has transformed. This film is a remake of Return to Oz (1964), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
